MM-1000 metro milling machine is suitable for maintenance work for metro tracks. With one-off-milling this milling machine can remove the attrition (caused by long wave and short wave), flaws, fat edges, spallings etc. on the track surface. If it’s necessary, it’s possible to increase the feeding of milling units to accomplish one-off-milling on badly worn track surface.
MM-1000 is capable of rough milling, finish-milling and collecting scrap iron. It can rectify the profiles of cross and longitudinal sections of the track, so that the track surface could be smooth again. Furthermore, this machine has advantages such as high efficiency, low noise, low air contamination, working process free of water and no residual metal chips with the help of suction device. MM-1000 is especially adequate for tracks with high environmental requests, such as urban rail traffic and tunnel.
